The service charter

The Public Service Plan is a document drawn up by the Department of Public Administration of the Council of Ministers in agreement with the Ministry of Transport with the cooperation of the public service providers enforced by Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers on 30^th December 1998.

This document formed a general reference scheme for the “Public Service Charters” for the transport sector in enactment of art. 2, paragraph 1 of decree law n. 163 of 12^th May 1995, n. 163 ratified as law n. 273 of 11^th July 1995, n.273, Official Gazette of the Italian Republic n.160

The Service Charter of the Falcone-Borsellino Airport is compliant with the standard charter of airport operators as requested by Enac (Italian Civil Aviation Authority).

This is one step further towards a policy aimed at service improvement and bears witness to our ongoing commitment to vie with the foremost Italian and European airports and keep on working successfully on an increasingly complex and competitive marketplace.
