Any lost property found either on airport premises or on board the aircrafts will be kept, for the first 48 hours, at the office of the Terminal Manager on Duty, located on the 1st floor of the Air Terminal – Departure Hall (in front of the ticketing counters). Once two days have elapsed, any unclaimed property will be transferred to the “Lost Property Office” open from Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 03:30 pm. The office also can be contacted by email ([email protected]).
Property may be delivered to the owners as shown above or on different hours/days just by appointment agreed by phone.
Only the rightful owners will receive information on how to retrieve their lost belongings.
