Con l’ingresso dell’estate, parte l’iniziativa “Fly to Palermo, book 4 nights, get 1 night free” (vola a Palermo, prenota 4 notti, una è gratis), la promozione per incentivare e sviluppare il turismo sul territorio palermitano ideata da Federalberghi Palermo, in collaborazione con Gesap, la società di gestione dell’aeroporto internazionale di Palermo Falcone Borsellino, e la Città metropolitana di Palermo.
L’iniziativa, che continuerà per tutto il 2020, è aperta a tutte le strutture ricettive iscritte al registro delle imprese – che potranno partecipare scrivendo a [email protected] – e destinata ai passeggeri in arrivo all’aeroporto di Palermo con un volo di qualsiasi compagnia aerea. L’offerta include l’assistenza agli arrivi e un “Welcome meetig” offerto dalle guide turistiche autorizzate.
Al momento hanno aderito circa ottanta strutture ricettive di Palermo e provincia, ma le iscrizioni continuano a crescere con l’estensione degli albergatori della provincia di Agrigento.
I viaggiatori che prenoteranno quattro notti presso una struttura convenzionata ne pagheranno solo tre, una notte sarà gratis, grazie al biglietto aereo, che rappresenta il passepartout dell’iniziativa.
Per turisti e le agenzie di viaggi che vorranno usufruire dell’offerta, basterà collegarsi al sito dell’aeroporto di Palermo (aeroportodipalermo.it) e cliccare sul banner dell’offerta. Si aprirà una finestra dove inserire nome e cognome, il canale cui si arrivati all’offerta (attraverso il sito dell’aeroporto/agenzia di viaggi/welcome desk), il numero del biglietto aereo. Il turista si potrà rivolgere anche all’agenzia di viaggio di fiducia per effettuare la prenotazione. Cliccando su “procedi”, si aprirà la pagina con le strutture aderenti all’iniziativa, suddivise per stelle, località e tipologia (hotel, B/B, case vacanza, appartamenti, ostelli). Il viaggiatore dovrà solo scegliere la struttura che più gli piace e cliccare sul link indicato per effettuare la prenotazione, che dovrà riportare il codice offerta “Flytopalermo”. La carta di imbarco dovrà poi essere esibita al personale della struttura ricettiva.

For the time being, about eighty structures in Palermo and its province have joined, but registrations continue to rise with the inclusion of hoteliers in the province of Agrigento.
Both tourists and Travel Agencies will benefit of the offer, just connecting to the Palermo airport website (aeroportodipalermo.it) by clicking on the relevant banner, then entering name and surname, the booking channel (through the airport website / travel agency / welcome desk), and the ticket number. Tourists can also contact their travel agency to make a reservation. By clicking on “proceed”, you will open the page showing the list of the hotel which have joined the initiative, sorted by stars, location and type (hotels, B/B, apartments, hostels). The traveller needs only to choose the hotel he likes and proceed on the related link with the reservation, it is necessary to type the discount code “Flytopalermo”. The boarding pass must be shown to the staff of the hotel at the arrival.
