Dal 1° settembre 2021 e fino al 31 dicembre 2021 l’accesso ai servizi di trasporto aereo è consentito esclusivamente ai possessori di #greenpass (#certificazione Covid-19).Lo prevede il decreto legge 111 del 06/08/21.
Pertanto:
– i passeggeri dovranno presentarsi al check-in e ai gates muniti di certificazione verde attestante l’avvenuta vaccinazione anti-Sars-CoV-2, ovvero la certificazione comprovante l’avvenuta guarigione da #Covid-19 o, infine, il test antigenico rapido o molecolare con esito negativo al virus Sars-CoV-2 completo di QRcode. Inoltre, al momento dei controlli di sicurezza, i passeggeri dovranno esibire agli addetti alla security il Green Pass;
– Le certificazioni rilasciate dalle autorità sanitarie del #Canada, #Giappone, #Israele, #RegnoUnito di Gran Bretagna e Irlanda del nord (compresi #Gibilterra, Isola di Man, Isola del Canale, e basi britanniche nell’isola di #Cipro ed esclusi i territori non appartenenti al continente europeo) e #StatiUniti d’#America, sono riconosciute come equivalenti a quelle di cui all’articolo 9, comma 2, lettere a), b) e c), del decreto legge 22 aprile 2021, n. 52. Queste certificazioni possono essere esibite in formato digitale o cartaceo;
– il 31 agosto, il presidente della Regione siciliana ha firmato l’ordinanza n.87 che proroga fino al 30 settembre 2021 l’obbligo del tampone rapido per i passeggeri in arrivo da Spagna, Grecia, Francia, Portogallo, Malta, Paesi Bassi, USA;
– l’ordinanza n.87 inoltre proroga sempre fino al 30 settembre 2021 il provvedimento sui tamponi per i passeggeri in partenza dall’Aeroporto di Palermo (area Covid Test gestita dall’autorità sanitaria): saranno esclusivamente eseguiti ai soggetti in possesso del Certificato Verde Covid-19 valido (Green Pass).
From 1 September 2021 until 31 December 2021, air transport services will be accessible only to #greenpass holders (#covid-19 certification).This is established by the Decree-Law 111 of 06/08/21.
Therefore:
– passengers must arrive at the check-in and at the gates with the green certificate stating that they have been vaccinated against Sars-CoV-2, or the certification of recovery from Covid-19 or, finally, the rapid antigenic or molecular test with negative result to the Sars-CoV-2 virus complete with QRcode. In addition, at the security checks, passengers must show their Green Pass to security officers;
– Certifications issued by the health authorities of #Canada, #Japan, #Israel, #United Kingdom and Northern Ireland (including #Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and british bases on the island of #Cyprus and excluding territories not belonging to the European continent) and #United States of #America, are recognized as equivalent to those referred to in Article 9, paragraph 2, letters a), b) and c), of Decree-Law No. 52 of April 22, 2021. These certifications may be exhibited in digital or paper format;
– on 31 August, the President of the Sicilian Region signed the Ordinance Nr. 87 extending until 30 September 2021 the requirement for rapid testing for passengers arriving from Spain, Greece, France, Portugal, Malta, the Netherlands, the USA;
– Ordinance Nr. 87 also extends until 30 September 2021 the Covid testing measure for passengers departing from Palermo Airport (area Covid Test managed by the health authority): swab tests will be performed exclusively to persons in possession of the valid Green Covid-19 Certificate (Green Pass).
